IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Standards Manual MNT 3.1: MNT 3.1 Aircraft Maintenance Records

A program maintains records of total time in service of aircraft, engines and life-limited components, the status of AD compliance, modifications and repairs, the Maintenance Program compliance status and the other listed items; records are retained for the specified periods (at least 90 days after permanent withdrawal for the first group, longer for others); flight recorder records and recorders are preserved after an accident or incident; and when the aircraft changes operator, the records go with it or the incoming operator is given access to them (MNT 3.1.1 to 3.1.4).
