IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Standards Manual GRH 3.6: GRH 3.6 Airside Event Response and Reporting

An emergency management plan covers accidents and emergencies during ground handling; procedures cover evacuation of an aircraft during ground handling and response to ground handling incidents; records of ground accidents and incidents should be retained; and dangerous goods accidents and incidents go on report to the relevant authorities, both of the State and of the State where they occurred (GRH 3.6.1 to 3.6.5).
