IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Standards Manual DSP 3.7: DSP 3.7 Emergency Response

For international flights, information on emergency and survival equipment on board is available for immediate communication to rescue coordination centres; FOOs, FOAs or other designated staff tell the relevant authority as fast as possible about any serious incident or accident and initiate the ERP; and operational control staff can consult the dangerous goods information carried on each flight for emergency use (DSP 3.7.1 to 3.7.3).
