What does 2.4 require?

Audit reports may be integrated or separate for the systems audited, but when the report is integrated every finding it raises can be traced to whichever of the standards it concerns.

2.1 Plan the integrated audit around the level of integration with a competent team, a competent leader and enough time
2.1.1 Calculate integrated audit time from the sum of the single-standard times, adjusted for stated factors, and warn the client it may change
2.1.2 Cap any reduction at 20 percent of the starting point
2.1.3 Document the starting point and the justification for any increase or reduction
