What does 2.3 require?

Every requirement that applies, from each of the standards relevant to the scope of the integrated system are audited; integration does not allow any requirement of any standard to be skipped.

2.1 Plan the integrated audit around the level of integration with a competent team, a competent leader and enough time
2.1.1 Calculate integrated audit time from the sum of the single-standard times, adjusted for stated factors, and warn the client it may change
2.1.2 Cap any reduction at 20 percent of the starting point
2.1.3 Document the starting point and the justification for any increase or reduction
