Empty PPP containers are triple rinsed: pressure-rinsing equipment is installed on the application machinery or documented instructions require at least three rinses before disposal, and the rinsate is returned to the spray tank when mixing, through a container-handling device or a documented operator procedure, or otherwise disposed of without compromising food safety or the environment.
