For every application of a PPP, biocontrol agent or postharvest treatment, records show: the crop or variety; where it was applied (area, farm, and the specific field, orchard, greenhouse or facility); the exact start and end dates (end times may be omitted but end dates never are, and re-entry intervals are then counted from the beginning of the following calendar day); the product's registered trade name together with its active ingredient, or the beneficial organism and its scientific name; the preharvest interval from the label or an official source; the quantity applied and its concentration or rate; the type of machinery or equipment; why it was applied; the full name of the person who applied it; and the full name of the person with technical responsibility who authorised it (recorded once if one person authorises all applications).
