When registered varieties or rootstocks are used, the farm can produce on request documents proving the propagation material was acquired in line with intellectual property rights: for vegetatively propagated material, the licence contract; otherwise a document or empty package naming the variety, batch and supplier, together with the packing list, delivery note or invoice that shows the quantity and identity of all propagation material used over the previous 24 months.
