GLI-33 - Gaming Laboratories International Event Wagering Systems A.3.8: Exclusions

What does A.3.8 require?

Players can exclude themselves for a set period or indefinitely as the regulator requires, and the operator can exclude a player: the player is notified of the exclusion status with general instructions for resolution where possible; the operator stops taking new wagers and deposits from the moment the order is received until it is removed; the excluded player can still withdraw cleared funds unless the reason for exclusion prohibits it; and advertising and marketing do not target excluded players.
