The internal controls describe how players who may hold insider information are prevented from wagering, as the regulator requires: operator employees, subcontractors, directors, owners and officers and their households may not wager on any event other than in private pools where the link is disclosed; and athletes, team owners and staff, coaches, managers, handlers, trainers, league officials, referees, umpires, agents and union employees and their households do not wager on the sport they or the athletes they represent take part in.
