The February 2013 amendment supersedes the gas requirements of the Corporate, Scope 3 and Product Standards: companies account for and report all gases the UNFCCC and Kyoto Protocol require when the inventory is compiled (now carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, HFCs, PFCs, sulphur hexafluoride and nitrogen trifluoride), and should report other gases with IPCC 100-year GWPs, Montreal Protocol gases included, outside the scopes with a list of them. Under the Corporate Standard they use IPCC 100-year GWPs, preferably from the latest Assessment Report, from one report per inventory where possible (the latest value for any gas that report lacks), ideally the same set for base year, current year and scope 3, and report the GWP source and any mix of reports.
