The employer and the occupational safety authorities, accident insurers and other bodies must bring in the works council (or members it delegates) for all inspections and questions of occupational safety, accident prevention and accident investigations; the employer also consults it on inspections and questions of environmental protection and informs it without delay of conditions and orders from the competent authorities. Delegated members take part in the employer's meetings with safety delegates, the council receives the minutes of inspections and meetings in which it participates, and a copy of each accident report it must sign.
