The controller takes appropriate measures so that inaccurate or outdated data are not transmitted, checks quality before transmission as far as reasonable, and adds information enabling the recipient to judge accuracy, completeness, reliability and currency. Special processing conditions are communicated to the recipient (for example by marking), and no conditions are imposed on recipients in other member states or EU bodies beyond those for comparable domestic transmissions.
