Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (UK) s63e: The Certification Regime: annual fitness and propriety certification

A firm must certify, at least annually, that each person performing a certification function (a function, other than a senior management function, that could cause significant harm to the firm, its customers or market integrity) is a fit and proper person to perform it, per s 63E, maintaining a directory entry where required.
