Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (UK) s59: Approval required before performing a senior management function

A firm must not permit an individual to perform a senior management function, as designated by the FCA or PRA, unless the regulator has approved that individual to perform it, per s 59 (as inserted and amended for the Senior Managers Regime).
