FFIEC IT Examination Handbook BCM-VI: VI Training (Business Continuity Management)

What does BCM-VI require?

Management implements a business continuity training program for all stakeholders, overseen by a delegated committee or individual with the board responsible for its effectiveness, aligned with strategy in a risk-based multi-year approach covering exercises, current and future risks, recent failures, new technologies, organisational change and lessons learned, with targeted training for personnel, program staff and the board, a skills inventory with gaps addressed, and a process for reviewing and updating the program.
