Where ICT mainly displays video with audio and controls whether subtitles, spoken subtitles and audio description are on, at least one mode must let the user switch their choice of these on and off with a single user operation placed at volume-control level, meeting the standard's other requirements. Speech control cannot be the only method; a platform is not responsible for apps on it but must offer APIs under 11.5.2.1.
