A non-web document (one that is not a web page and neither embedded in nor rendered with one) must meet the document versions of WCAG 2.1 guideline 1.4 (distinguishable). SC 1.4.1, 1.4.3 to 1.4.5, 1.4.11 and 1.4.13 apply as written; audio control (Table 10.1) and reflow (Table 10.2, 320 CSS pixel width or 256 pixel height) are restated for documents, and text spacing applies only where the document has no fixed-size layout area essential to its meaning; 1.4.6 to 1.4.9 are void.
