Where footage is still stored or processed when a request arrives, the person should be given access and the Article 15 information; if nothing was recorded, only the fact that no data is processed any longer can be given. A copy must not harm other people shown in the footage, so the controller should mask or scramble them rather than refuse; it need not have such tools if it can otherwise answer within the Article 12(3) deadline.
