A Sustainability and Energy Efficiency Policy and a public Sustainability Statement exist, each carrying a date and a senior management signature; the Policy binds the organisation while the Statement declares intent without creating operating duties. The Statement sets out the scope precisely: location and sensitivity of surroundings, environmental and social impacts, internal and external issues, compliance obligations, units, functions, boundaries and every activity, product, service and facility, matching what really happens and staying consistent with the Policy without omission or overstatement. Both, scope included, are reviewed at least every 12 months.
