Persons subject to Part 762 must keep all records they make or obtain relating to covered transactions, including export control documents (except those filed through SNAP-R), memoranda, notes, correspondence, contracts, invitations to bid, books of account, financial records, boycott documents and reports, BIS notifications of returned or denied applications and classification or encryption results, the serial number, make, model and calibre of exported firearms and short-barrel shotguns, and other related records; the retention duty also covers the records required throughout the EAR (the 62 references in 762.2(b), from de minimis calculations and FDP certificates to licence exception records, reports, support documents, licences, AES records, DCS, boycott reports, VSDs, UVL statements and the newer advanced computing exceptions), and holders of OFAC Libya licences keep disposition records of listed items.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
