The practitioner completes ongoing CPD that develops, maintains and improves knowledge, skills and performance, as the Board's CPD registration standard requires: at least 60 hours over each three-year cycle, of which at least 48 are clinically or scientifically based and up to 12 may be non-scientific. Infection prevention and control courses are readily available and the self-reflective tool suggests planning them into the cycle; the practitioner can say what infection control CPD they have done and when, and who in the practice reviews and educates staff on it.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
