Delaware Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Act (11 Del. C. Chapter 24 Subchapter I) 2402(d): 2402(d) Public electronic communication services: do not divulge communications in transmission

A person or entity providing an electronic communication service to the public may not intentionally divulge the contents of a communication in transmission to anyone other than an addressee or intended recipient or their agent, except as federal or state law authorizes, to a person forwarding it, or to law enforcement where obtained inadvertently and apparently about a crime. Penalty under 2402(e): class F felony and a fine of up to 10,000 dollars, with reduced penalties for some first radio offences.
