Delaware Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Act (11 Del. C. Chapter 24 Subchapter I) 2402(c)(2): 2402(c)(2) Assist authorized interceptions only on a court order, and keep them secret

A provider, landlord, custodian or other person may give information, facilities or technical assistance to persons authorized to intercept only when given a court order signed by an authorizing judge that sets the period and the assistance required. It must not disclose the interception or device except as legal process requires and after notifying the judge or the Attorney General or designee; an unauthorized disclosure brings liability for compensatory damages.
