Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 4.20S: Rule 4.20S: principals tell the data holder or accredited data recipient when a representative's collection consent is amended

Where a principal has an unresolved consumer data request on a representative's behalf based on a collection consent, and the consumer amends that consent, the principal must notify a data holder in accordance with the data standards, or an accredited data recipient as soon as practicable, that the consent has been amended (civil penalty).
