Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 4.20R: Rule 4.20R: principals and accredited data recipients notify each other when linked consents expire

Where a principal has made a consumer data request to an accredited data recipient on a representative's behalf, based on a collection consent, the recipient has a matching AP disclosure consent and the request is unresolved, the principal must notify the recipient as soon as practicable if the collection consent expires, and the recipient must notify the principal as soon as practicable if the AP disclosure consent expires (both civil penalty).
