If the collection consent for a representative's service expires while its use consent or a disclosure consent is current, the representative must notify the consumer as soon as practicable, in writing other than through the principal's dashboard (it may also appear there), that they may withdraw the use or disclosure consent at any time and may elect deletion of redundant data. A failure makes the principal liable.
