Where an accredited person has made a consumer data request on behalf of a representative based on a Division 4.3A collection consent, the request is unresolved and the consent expires for any reason, the accredited person must notify a data holder in accordance with the data standards, or an accredited data recipient as soon as practicable, that the consent has expired (civil penalty).
