Part 4 Division 4.3A: Consents given to CDR representatives – Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020

Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 4.20M: Rule 4.20M: honour deletion elections made to a representative

A consumer who gives a representative a consent may, when giving it or before it expires, elect in writing to the principal or the representative, or through the principal's dashboard, that collected and derived data be deleted when redundant, unless the representative has a general policy of deleting redundant data and told the consumer so; de-identified derived data made before redundancy need not be deleted.
