Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 4.20: Rule 4.20: remind consumers every 90 days that consents are still current

For each current collection, use or disclosure consent, once 90 days have passed since the latest of giving or amending it, the consumer last using the dashboard, or the last reminder, the accredited person must notify the consumer that the consent is still current (civil penalty), in accordance with the data standards (civil penalty). Until data standards made for paragraph 8.11(1)(fb) take effect, the rule as in force before the 2024 Measures No. 1 Rules continues to apply (rule 504).
