Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 4.18B: Rule 4.18B: notify the counterparty when a linked collection consent or AP disclosure consent expires

Where an accredited person has made a consumer data request to an accredited data recipient on behalf of a CDR representative, based on a collection consent, the recipient holds a matching AP disclosure consent and the request is not completely resolved, the accredited person must notify the recipient as soon as practicable if the collection consent expires, and the recipient must notify the accredited person as soon as practicable if the AP disclosure consent expires (both civil penalty); the other consent then expires on receipt.
