Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 4.18A: Rule 4.18A: tell the consumer when collection consent expires but use or disclosure continues

If, for a service, the collection consent expires while the use consent or a disclosure consent is still current, the accredited person must notify the consumer as soon as practicable, in writing other than through the dashboard (it may also appear on the dashboard), that they may withdraw the use or disclosure consent at any time and may elect deletion of the redundant data (civil penalty).
