Outcomes of proofs of concept are assessed and kept under watch and, where they are positive, recommendations for further initiatives are produced with stakeholders' backing. Results are written up with guidance and recommendations for trend watching and innovation programmes; viable opportunities are fed into the I&T strategy and the enterprise architecture processes; the reasons why proofs of concept were turned down are analysed and shared; and initiatives are followed up to measure the investment actually made.
