What does 3.2.5-a require?

Every business relies on ties with its staff, its customers and suppliers, neighbouring communities, investors, authorities and more. Understanding stakeholder expectations and answering their worries is a pillar of corporate social responsibility, builds trust, focuses improvement on what matters and reduces conflict. The key processes are stakeholder assessment, external dialogue, transparency through information disclosure, and support for local communities including stimulating local employment and education.
