CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project) 9.3-9.4: Questions 9.3 to 9.4.1: Water: facility-level accounting, verification and supply chain impacts

What does 9.3-9.4 require?

The organisation reports how many facilities, across its upstream value chain and its own operations, carry substantive water-linked dependencies, impacts, risks or opportunities, and what share of all facilities they represent; for each, gives coordinates, river basin, whether in a water-stressed area, and withdrawals, discharges and consumption by source and destination with comparison to the previous year; states the proportion of this facility water accounting data verified by a third party; and, for supply chain requesters, states whether any of those facilities could affect a requesting member and which.
