Cambodia Law on Electronic Commerce 2019 31: Article 31: do not build counterfeit or confusing electronic systems or spread malicious code

No person may create an electronic system designed to counterfeit or cause confusion so as to take advantage of, or attract use of, it to the injury of users or third parties; and no person may in bad faith create, provide, enable, distribute or send malicious code by electronic means into another person's electronic instruments or systems. Breach is an offence under Article 59.
