Cambodia Law on Electronic Commerce 2019 30: Article 30: give an easy opt-out in every unsolicited commercial message

Any person, wherever established, who sends unsolicited commercial communications to consumers in or outside Cambodia through electronic media, an intermediary or a telecommunication service provider must give the consumer a clearly specified and easily activated option to reject further unsolicited commercial communications. Breach draws a warning, then suspension or revocation of the licence or closure of the sender's medium (Article 58).
