Cambodia Law on Electronic Commerce 2019 29: Article 29: give consumers accurate, clear minimum information before an online sale

A person selling goods or services to consumers by electronic communication must give accurate, clear and intelligible information including at least its name or legal name, registered business address and an electronic contact or telephone number; a prompt, easy and effective way for consumers to communicate with it; the terms, conditions and costs of the transaction, especially payment methods and the details of withdrawal or cancellation, termination, return, exchange and refund; and the actual goods or services offered. The information must be enough for the consumer to decide and must be retainable. Securities and insurance are excluded. Breach draws a warning, then suspension or revocation (Article 57).
