Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)
Chapter Two, Section I: management of network and information security (Articles 3 to 12) – Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)

Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019) 5(3)-(4): Keep information that conclusively proves compliance with the ordinance, up to date and available only to staff who need it, to the national competent authority under Article 16(5) of the Cybersecurity Act and to bodies authorised by law or contract

What does 5(3)-(4) require?

Beyond its operating documentation the entity maintains a body of evidence that demonstrates beyond dispute that it meets the ordinance. That evidence is kept current and its access is limited to three audiences: individuals who need it to do their job under an employment, official or contractual relationship; representatives of the relevant national competent authority exercising its powers under Article 16(5) of the Cybersecurity Act; and other organisations authorised by law or by contract. This is the record set an inspector or auditor will ask for first.
