Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)
Chapter Two, Section I: management of network and information security (Articles 3 to 12) – Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)

Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019) 12: Build security into projects and technical requirements for new or changed systems on the basis of risk assessment, and introduce new systems only in a planned way after documented tests prove availability, integrity and confidentiality are protected

What does 12 require?

When the entity draws up projects and technical specifications it must include adequate and complete network and information security requirements derived from risk analysis, so that the needed level of protection for information, networks and systems is designed in at the development and implementation stage rather than added later. New information and communication systems are introduced in a planned way and only after successful, documented testing shows that information is protected against loss of availability, integrity and confidentiality.
