Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)
Chapter Two, Section II: protection (Articles 13 to 31) – Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019)

Bulgaria Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for Network and Information Security (2019) 30(1)-(2): Regulate incident handling through internal rules covering reporting, the incident log and its keepers, logging, verification, classification and prioritisation of signals with feedback to the reporter, functional and hierarchical escalation, status information, closure, evidence collection for legal action, and access rights to the log

What does 30(1)-(2) require?

Internal rules under Article 5 govern everything connected with handling signals and responding to incidents. They set out procedures for reporting incidents or events that could harm security; name those who keep the incident log; describe how a signal is logged, authenticated, classified and prioritised and how the reporter is informed; define notification and escalation along functional and hierarchical lines; provide for information on how an incident is being resolved and for closing it; describe how evidence is collected, preserved and handed over when legal action against persons or organisations follows, including the records needed; and set access rights to the incident log. Annex 9 supplies the incident classification and priority scheme (ENISA taxonomy) used in classification.
