BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 4.2.3: Controls for materials and products at particular risk, with tamper identification, monitored and reviewed annually

What does 4.2.3 require?

Where raw materials or products are judged to be at particular risk, the plan for food defence must set out controls to reduce that risk and, where prevention alone is not enough, ways of detecting tampering. The controls are monitored, the results written down, and the controls themselves reviewed at a minimum every year.

What else in your programme already covers this

This control maps to 2 controls across 2 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.

Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
