Australian Education Act 2013 (Australia) s23: s 23 Pass non-government school payments to the authority promptly and label them Commonwealth funds

A State or Territory must pay to the approved authority (recurrent and other funding), the capital grants or block grant authority (capital funding) and the non-government representative body (representative body funding) each amount it receives for them, as soon as practicable or within a further period the Minister allows, and must describe each payment as made out of money paid by the Commonwealth.
