Australian Education Act 2013 (Australia)
Part 2: Conditions of financial assistance to States and Territories – Australian Education Act 2013 (Australia)

Australian Education Act 2013 (Australia) s22-2: s 22(2) Be party to and comply with the national and bilateral school reform agreements

Payments are also conditional on the State or Territory being party to a multilateral school education reform agreement open to all States and Territories, being party to a bilateral agreement with the Commonwealth on its implementation of school reform, and complying with both. The regulations may prescribe the agreements; the current national agreement is the Better and Fairer Schools Agreement, with its Full and Fair Funding agreement and bilateral schedules (both held in the crawl folder).
