Risks to students, staff and the RTO are identified and managed. The RTO shows it identifies, manages and reviews those risks; how governing persons manage, monitor and understand its financial position, performance and cash flows (it must also meet the Financial Viability Risk Assessment Requirements made under s 158, per s 24 of the Act); that it has a system to identify, manage and disclose real or apparent conflicts of interest; and, where it trains or assesses students under 18, that risks to their safety and wellbeing from its delivery are identified and managed with regard to content and delivery modes and in line with the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations as in force from time to time.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
