Australia Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 1.8: Clause 1.8 Assessment system meets requirements, principles and rules of evidence

The RTO implements an assessment system so that assessment, including recognition of prior learning, complies with the training product's assessment requirements and follows the Principles of Assessment (fairness, flexibility, validity, reliability, Table 1.8-1) and the Rules of Evidence (validity, sufficiency, authenticity, currency, Table 1.8-2).
