Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)
Part 2-3 Division 3A Subdivision A: annual reports of non-corporate Commonwealth entities (sections 17AA to 17AJ, Schedule 2) – Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)

Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule) 17AG(5)-(6),(8)-(10): Assets, procurement and contracting reporting (non-corporate): assess asset management where significant and performance against the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, disclose contracts of $100,000 or more without Auditor-General access clauses and contracts exempted from AusTender, and report support for small business

What does 17AG(5)-(6),(8)-(10) require?

Where asset management is a significant activity, the report assesses how effectively it was done. The report always assesses how well the entity complied with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules. For any contract of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) entered into in the period that does not give the Auditor-General access to the contractor's premises, it names the contractor, the purpose and value, and why the access clause was left out. For any contract or standing offer over $10,000 exempted from AusTender publication on Freedom of Information grounds, it states the exemption and the value so far as that does not reveal exempt matter. It also includes the prescribed statement on small business participation, outlines how procurement practices support small and medium enterprises and, for entities Finance treats as material, the prescribed statement on paying small businesses on time.
