What does s17-18 require?

For a Schedule 8 poison, the statement POSSESSION WITHOUT AUTHORITY ILLEGAL must sit on its own line or lines directly under the signal words, in bold-face sans serif capitals of uniform thickness at least 40% of the signal word height, with nothing else on those lines. Every scheduled poison must then carry KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN on a separate line directly below the signal words (or below the Schedule 8 statement), in the same style and minimum height, with nothing beside it but a dangerous goods class label.
