Australia Poisons Standard (SUSMP)
Part 2 Division 2: labels – Australia Poisons Standard (SUSMP)

Australia Poisons Standard (SUSMP) s13-14: Supply poisons only when labelled as Division 2 requires: required text in English, durable, contrasting, at least 1.5 mm high, on both the immediate container and the primary pack, with immediate wrappers carrying name, approved name and strength

What does s13-14 require?

No poison may be supplied without a Division 2 compliant label. Every required word or statement must appear on the label's or container's outer face, in English, in characters that last, in a colour clearly contrasting with the background, with letters no smaller than 1.5 mm (an appropriate authority may approve letters of at least 1 mm on containers of 20 mL or less). The label goes on, or is firmly fixed to, the outside of both the immediate container and any primary pack. Where a poison is in an immediate wrapper it must be in a primary pack labelled under section 15, and the wrapper must clearly show the manufacturer's or distributor's name (or its exclusive brand or trade name), the approved name and the quantity, proportion or strength.
