In addition to annual leave pay under s 90 of the Act, the employer must pay a 17.5% loading on that payment, worked out using the clause 18 minimum rate, the all-purpose allowances in 21.2 and the fares and travelling time allowances in 21.9. Over-award base rates carry into annual leave pay.
